The Kaçkar Mountains (Turkish: Kaçkar Dağları; Armenian: Քաջքար, Kajkar), formerly known as the Lazistan Mountains or the Mountains of Khaghtik(Armenian: Խաղտեաց լեռներ), are a mountain range that rises above the Black Sea coast in northeastern Turkey.
