Ukrainian Railways, or PAT 'Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ)' (Ukrainian: ПАТ "Укрзалізни́ця (УЗ)"), is a state-owned joint-stock company administering railway infrastructure and rail transport in Ukraine; a monopoly that controls the vast majority of the railroad transportation in the country.
