The Vuoksi (Russian: Вуокса, historically: "Uzerva"; Karelian: Vuokša; Finnish: Vuoksi; Swedish: Vuoksen) is a river running through the northernmost part of the Karelian Isthmus from Lake Saimaa in southeastern Finland to Lake Ladoga in northwestern Russia.
