The Bistrița (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈbistritsa] ), also called Bistrița Aurie or Bistrița Moldoveană (Hungarian: Aranyos-Beszterce), is a river in the Romanian regions of Maramureș, Bukovina and Moldavia (most of its length). It is a right tributary of the river Siret.
