Solyanka (Russian: соля́нка; initially selyanka; Russian: селя́нка, [sɐˈlʲankə]) is a thick and sour soup of Russian origin. It is a common dish in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, the Baltic states, and other post-Soviet states and other parts of the former Eastern Bloc.
