Khomarlu (Persian: خمارلو) is a city in the Central District of Khoda Afarin County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district. The city also serves as the administrative center for Keyvan Rural District. The village of Khomarlu was converted to a city in 1998.
