Chavacano, also known as Chabacano (Spanish pronunciation: [tʃaβaˈkano]), is a Spanish-based creole language spoken in the Philippines. The variety spoken in Zamboanga City, located in the southern Philippine island group of Mindanao, has the highest concentration of speakers.
