The Dolgan language (долган, dolgan or һака, haka) is an endangered Turkic language, spoken in the Taymyr Peninsula in Russia. The speakers are known as the Dolgans. The word "Dolgan", derived from Evenki, means 'tribe living on the middle reaches of the river'.
