Ostholstein (German pronunciation: [ˈɔsthɔlʃtaɪn] , lit. 'East Holstein'; Danish: Østholsten) is a district in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is bounded by (from the southwest and clockwise) the districts of Stormarn, Segeberg and Plön, the Baltic Sea and the city of Lübeck.
