The Mezenskaya Pizhma (Russian: Мезенская Пижма) is a river in Ust-Tsilemsky District of the Komi Republic and in Leshukonsky District of Arkhangelsk Oblast in Russia. It is a right tributary of the Mezen. It is 236 kilometres (147 mi) long, and the area of its basin 3,830 square kilometres (1,480 sq mi).
