Abū al-Ṣabr Yaʿqūb ibn al-Mutawakkil (Arabic: أبو الصبر يعقوب بن المتوكل, 1441 – 29 March 1521), better known by his regnal name al-Mustamsik bi-'llāh (Arabic: المستمسك بالله, lit. 'He who holds fast to God') was the sixteenth and penultimate Abbasid caliph of Cairo under the tutelage of the Mamluk Sultanate.
