Amphitryon (; Ancient Greek: Ἀμφιτρύων, gen.: Ἀμφιτρύωνος, romanized: Amphitruo or Amphitrúōn, lit. 'harassing either side' or 'disputing on both sides'), in Greek mythology, was a son of Alcaeus, king of Tiryns in Argolis.
