In ancient Greek religion and mythology, Dione (; Ancient Greek: Διώνη, romanized: Diṓnē, lit. 'she-Zeus') is an oracular goddess and Titaness. She is primarily known from Book V of Homer's Iliad, where she tends to the wounds suffered by her daughter Aphrodite.
