What Wikipedia says

NGC 7828 is a peculiar galaxy in the constellation Cetus. The galaxy lies about 300 million light years away from Earth, which means, given its apparent dimensions, that NGC 7828 is approximately 75,000 light years across. It was discovered by the American astronomer Francis Leavenworth in 1886.
