Fukuoka Airport (Japanese: 福岡空港, Hepburn: Fukuoka Kūkō; IATA: FUK, ICAO: RJFF), formerly known as Itazuke Air Base, is an international airport located 1.6 nautical miles (3.0 km; 1.8 mi) east of Hakata Station in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, Japan. The facility has two runways and covers 345 hectares (853 acres) of land.
